SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Small group training is the most cost-effective way to receive consistent coaching for your lifting. Every lifter receives personal attention on every lift, every single class. Classes are capped at 6 people in order to maintain a high quality of instruction. This small group environment fosters team-like camaraderie; it’s fun and really awesome to watch your friends get stronger! Class members take turns lifting, helping each other load weights, and motivating one another. Strength Classes meet two to three times a week, and new trainees must complete our Intro to Barbell Clinic before enrolling.
